feature - Pronunced: 'fE-ch&r

According to Webster's Dictionary, a feature is a special
attraction such as a featured article, story,
or department in a newspaper, magazine or web site focused on the marching band activity in southwestern Indiana.
Okay, okay. That last part's not really in Websters, but we like to think we're adding to the concept =)
In our continued effort to bring the "fun" back into the SI experience, we've started another campaign to
encourage your participation. The first of our ventures includes a new feature entitled "A Week/Day with Me"
in which someone within the activities (instructor, student, director, parent, pit crew member, judge, etc)
documents throughout a day or week in pictures and narrative their experience with the activity in which they
participate.
The idea is to give the rest of us a glimpse behind the scenes into what takes place just out of the normal
observer or spectator's vision and view of the activity. We've already started getting requests from folks
to participate and we hope to have many more through the year.
Thank you to all those who will volunteer,
those who are already volunteering, and those
who have projects in the works today. We appreciate your help (because we're definitely out of ideas) and we
look forward to hearing from you =)
